Instructions for authors

For LT4DH , there will be one category of research papers only. All of the papers will be included in workshop proceedings, this time in electronic form only.

The maximum submission length is 4-8 pages (including references). Papers shall be submitted in English and must conform to the official COLING 2016 style guidelines available on the conference website. The anonymisation of submissions is optional. If authors choose to remain anonymous, it is their responsibility to take every measure to conceal potentially identifying information. Authors of accepted papers will be given additional space in the camera-ready version to reflect space needed for changes stemming from reviewers comments.

Papers must conform to official COLING 2016 style guidelines, which are available in coling2016.zip. coling2016.zip has LATEX files, Microsoft Word template file, and sample PDF file.

Poster presentation

For each poster presentation there is a 1 minute slot in the poster slam, where authors can present the topic of their poster and invite participants to come to the poster

We were informed that a self-standing poster panel measures 180 cm wide and 210 cm high. Sizes up to B0 landscape (1456 mm x 1030 mm; 57.32 inch x 40.55 inch) would be suitable.
